Powder coated aluminium fascias and soffits, plus bespoke pressed copings for parapet walls and flat-roof extensions. A long-life, maintenance-free finish to the eaves of modern family homes, extensions and period properties — supplied and fitted alongside our guttering as a single eaves package.

Common questions
Do you install cast iron guttering on listed buildings?+
Yes. We specialise in cast iron half-round, ogee and ornamental moulded rainwater goods for Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, rectories, manor houses and historic agricultural buildings, and liaise directly with conservation officers where required.
What materials do you work with?+
Cast iron, copper, zinc, lead and seamless or powder coated aluminium — selected to suit the period and architecture of the property.
Can you match an existing ogee or ornamental profile?+
In most cases, yes. We survey the existing rainwater goods, identify the profile and source or commission matching cast iron sections, hoppers and brackets so replacements sit faithfully alongside the originals.
Do you work with architects on new builds?+
We collaborate with architects and main contractors from drawing stage through to commissioning on seamless aluminium, zinc and copper systems, so the rainwater detailing disappears into the architecture as intended.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance for estates?+
Yes — annual and seasonal estate care plans, drone and access surveys with photographic reporting, leak diagnostics, and hand-stripping and repainting of cast iron to extend the life of original ironwork.
